Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany has revealed his goal for the second leg against Leverkusen is to still win, despite having a significant advantage from the first leg.

Bayern Munich beat Leverkusen 3-0 in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie before heading to the Bundesliga for the second leg on Tuesday, March 11.
Nevertheless, they switch their attention back towards securing a 35th quarter-final appearance in the Champions League/European Cup.
Despite their strong position, Kompany insisted his side will play to win the second leg, and not be distracted by last week’s exploits.
“You cannot go into the game like that. When you start a game, the main priority is always to win,” Kompany told reporters during his pre-match press conference.
“We still have to deliver our best performance to win it. It is a very important game tomorrow. It is not only about Leverkusen’s first goal, but also about Bayern’s first goal as well.
“In the end, it will be the quality of players who will decide the game. But if you only think about what the other team needs, then that could end up happening.
“You learn very quickly as a coach that you never know the future 100 per cent,” Kompany said.
“We need to prepare for เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา what can happen. It will be a duel we want to win, a goal we want to score and in the end the quality of the players will be the deciding factor.”
Despite holding the advantage from the first leg, the Belgian coach still has the same goal: to win. “When you’re the coach of Bayern, the idea is a little bit easier because you always want to win,” he said.
“We want a result that will get us into the next round. When we play, we will go for it with the main goal of winning.”
